Conference COVID protocols are in accordance with local (Hotel Rimouski and/or UQAR) and/or provincial health and safety regulations. Some of these policies include:

As of May 14, wearing a mask is optional in Quebec.
Proof of vaccination will not be required to enter the hotel and/or UQAR and is therefore not required to be presented at conference registration.
Should local, regional and/or provincial COVID protocols change anytime between now and arriving on site, we will make every attempt to communicate with you prior to the beginning of the conference. Please check your emails regularly for important conference updates.

Tips to limit the spread of COVID-19

Monitor your symptoms and remain in your room if you develop a fever, cough or other COVID-related symptoms.
Cough into your elbow if you are not wearing a mask.
Wash and disinfect your hands often.
Keep a 2 metre (6’) distance from others when possible.
Find alternatives to contact greetings like handshakes.

COVID Protocols
